Ethan is back in town. And he brought some band candy. Chaos reigns in Sunnydale when all adults behave like teenagers again.

First Buffy is rather amused that her mom and Giles act funny, but as grown-ups flood the Bronze and do all the stuff only teenagers are supposed to do, it becomes clear that this is an evil plan to distract the grwon-up population from something important.

Buffy has to stop Ethan before more weird things will happen, like her mom and her Watcher playing around with handcuffs...
