The Gentlemen are in town.

Sunnydale is haunted by creatures from a fairy tale. They steal the voices of every person in town and do some nightly visits to get their fair share - 7 hearts.

Confronted with this new situation Buffy and the Scoobies have to find a way to defeat those Gentlemen before they kill more people. Willow has an interesting encounter of her own. She meets a girl from her wicca group... she seems to be different.

With the town in terror and panic Riley patrols at night, the Initiative as helpless as the other citizens. In the end he has to fight some of these Gentlemen and gets unexpected help from the town's very own Slayer...
